House Rules

Your room is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Arrival is self-service according to private entry and key-collection instructions sent before arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 unless agreed otherwise. Late check-out until 12:00 is possible by prior arrangement for a surcharge, subject to occupancy.

Rooms and shared spaces are for the guests listed in the booking only. Visitors and additional overnight guests are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. Please do not disturb other guests with parties, loud music or other noise.

Equipment is intended for normal use during your stay; please leave furniture in its place. Guests are liable for damage they cause to the guesthouse property.

Courtyard parking is subject to availability and prior arrangement. We will confirm a space before arrival.

The shared kitchen on the first floor is available around the clock for preparing drinks, eating your own food and washing dishes; cooking is not permitted. Please wash your dishes and leave the worktop clean for the next guests. Wine and light refreshments are available under the conditions stated on site.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, and handling open flames are prohibited throughout the guesthouse. Stays with animals are not permitted.

You receive two keys for your room. Do not share keys or the access code with other people. Please return both keys to the same lockable box when leaving. Report a lost key or compromised access code to the operator as soon as possible; if a key is lost, the actual cost of a replacement key or any necessary lock replacement is charged.
